Heritage Spice Craft

At Heritage Spice House, we honor Mauritius’ spice-making legacy, preserving traditional methods to craft the finest quality spices with time-honored grinding techniques passed down through generations.

A clear glass bowl is filled with various types of ground spices and herbs. The ingredients inside the bowl include green leafy herbs, a mound of white flour, yellow turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper, and coarse salt. Each component retains its distinct color and texture, creating a visually appealing contrast of colors.
A variety of spices are artfully arranged on a wooden surface. There are several spoons containing different spices such as turmeric, cumin seeds, chili powder, and coriander seeds. Other spices like bay leaves, cardamom pods, and dried peppers are scattered across the table, creating a vibrant and textured display.
